The Idea
To make the horizon present: a quiet frame for seeing, meeting and pausing.

The Context
A speculative coastal study responding to heat, movement and the long horizontal line of the Gulf.

The Process
We reduced the proposal to mass, opening and shade. Each decision was tested against climate, approach and view.

The Form
A stone plane and circular void hold the landscape. A deeper metal volume creates shade and a measured transition to the water.
